The Detectives- On Thin Ice

In a story rather like that of Tonya Harding, the detectives are on the case of a figure skater whose been injured. While they are investigating, one of the protaganists is injured several times throughout the episode, bringing a need to see the staff doctor, a certain Dr. Phibes. (Richard)

He has some priceless dialogue and is generally very catty throughout the episode. At one point he even sews a troll doll (previously seen attached to his lapel) to the detectives head as he is sewing it up.
